First time User of DSTV and still not activated!

On Sunday 28th/07/2013 i bought a DSTV decoder and it was installed the same day but when i tried to call Multichoice for them to activate my account i was told that i have an existing account with them (Multichoice). Apparently someone opened an account fraudelently at Multichoice with my id number. And the person who i spoke with on Sunday took all my details and told me that i should expect a call from Multichoice and this matter would be resolved in three days. Since no one from Multichoice called me i decided to call them back on Monday and the consultant that i spoke to couldn't help me so she reffered me to the manager by the name of Tracy Sibiya who again took my datails and told me to email her copy of my id, proof of residence and an affidavit and i even sent her another email checking whether she received my email or not but there was no response from her or any of the people from Multichoice.

I used to be a Top TV subscriber and left them because they were so incompetent, that's why i decided to leave them and go to Multichoice. Can you please try to resolve this matter urgently as this is conveniancing me and my family. This is so unecceptable!
