I am so annoyed. We got our new pvr decoder in January 2013.It's still under warrentee. We keep on getting error messages out of the blue. While these error messages come on, our scheduled recordings doesnt record. The name of the programme appears under the recording list, but with 0mins. We have to switched the decoder off, take out the card, remove all cables and plugs to reset it & get the error message away. Ths is what we have to do when phoning the call centre. I phoned the store I bought it from. They have to send it away, or we can take it to a multichoise service centre. Then I phone 0112893000 to give me a list for the closest service centre & I get put on hold. I can hear the staff talking in the background, but no 1 gets back to me. CRAZY!! We pay almost R700p/m for the service but we have endless problems getting assistance. The thing is still under warrentee. It gives us problems & we have to do all the phoning & driving for them to check it out. While doing this, we anyway lose out on recorded programmes, cause checking it might take a while meaning the decoder isnt plugged in to record. WHAT ARE WE PAYING FOR? Why did we pay R 1999 for a decoder that doesnt work when still under warrentee
