Consultants unable to assist with error message

I switched my decoder to a new model that I bought from a friend because my previous decoder is broken. I've been on the the phone with the call centre everyday since Sunday 04/08/2013. My friend had Xtra view on his decoder and which I obviously don't have and now there's an error message on my tv'' Xtra View Alert'' '' No Communication from Primary decoder''.

The consultants keep on telling me it's fixed but when I get home it's still the same freaken error. I'm really disgusted by the service I'm getting after being a loyal customer for so long. I'm unable to watch anything since Sunday because of this and yet they expect a full premium paid at the end of the month. I swear it seems like the consultants at the call centre was not trained to handle a situation like this becasue they definitely don't know what to do.

I need this sorted ASAP because this is just that I have to pay for a service that I'm not getting.
