E32 - incompetent support staff

We have been getting a E32 error as soon as we put our tv on. We have also been calling the call centre and the sms service to have this error removed. The call centre then sync's our decoder and we can watch tv for about 20 minutes and the the error code is back once again. We send about 20 sms's a day! By Wednesday they told us the decoder is faulty. After taking off 1/2 day from work the agent told us that there is nothing wrong with our decoder but this is a problem with the signal. He did give us a new decoder anyway. Thursday they told us there is a signal problem in the area, and yesterday they told us we need to get some one out to check our dish and cables at an additional fee. We were told by a agent that the dish and cables doesn't have anything to do with this error code. This is a issue for us as we pay our monthly subscription diligently in advance but nothing is being done about our issue and the call centre says we must be patient. My patience is up now! Everything is ok from their side as long as we pay our monthly subscription! But help you if you skip a payment. They disconnect you immediately...
