There was an E30-4 error on our screen. The call centre agents were unable to clear the error. They told us to get the decoder tested, which we did. We have reconnected the decoder but now the decoder stalls on a screen that says Loading. We were called early this morning by Multichoice and they were unable to assist once again. They said they would call again at 12 midday but we are still waiting for that call now at 14:20. The decoder was tested and is fine. We are now paying for a service that we cannot use.
