FAULTY HD PVR FOR EVER BUT PAYING FOR THE SERVICE

I took my HD PVR to Multinet Polokwane for the 3rd time for repairs. We cannot record, view recordings, watch all channels and had to restart the decoder EVERY DAY. We spent a lot of hours ON OUR OWN COST with the call centre to clear out blue screens and error codes only to end up taking the decoder for another swap and repeat the process ALL OVER. I am fed up. I am a loyal Multichoice customer since Sept 2002 and paid every single subscription ON TIME! I even took the advice of a consultant and got insurance from them since Sept 2011 only to be informed last week that the insurance does not cover a faulty decoder. I spoke to Doreen Molefe at Insurance Dept (011-2892397) and she said she will look into the matter and come back to me. I'm still waiting on her call. 9 days have past since I took my decoder to Polokwane Multinet for service/ device swap. I phoned the call centre to enquire what is going on, only to hear that a repaired decoder has been ready for collection 7 DAYS AGO. I want answers! I want a NEW decoder AND a credit on at least 2 months' premiums. This so called "FULL PREMIUM BOUQUET" is only working ONE WAY!!!
