Account Suspended without Explanation!!

My account was suspended last night (7 August 2013) without any notification despite the fact that the account is up to date. I was informed by the call centre that despite the fact that my account is up to date they cannot switch it back on and that I must call their billing department for reasons. I have called the number and no one responds. Why must i call them when I am not in arrears and they switched off my account without notification? So i call the call centre again only to be told that my ID number appears on multiple accounts. I asked why it is that i hae had the account for years and only now there is a problem. No answer. I then asked, if they have even checked if these ID numbers belong to foreign nationals with ID numbers that are similar to South African IDs and the agent said no and indeed that is a possibility. I informed him that i will take legal action if this is not resolved and he simply told me that it is within my rights. Talk about horrible service, dont bother paying your account because either way, it may get suspended without warning or an apology or even reconnection. NONSENSE!!!
