Paid my dstv account way before due date suspended

I paid my account on the 20th july-this morning I get an error message that account is suspended... what's frustrating is that i paid more than what's due, the call centre tells me subs reflect but they not sure why account suspended, then I'm told that its been reconnected but signal is slow... more than an hour later I'm still waiting!
