Paid but Account Suspended Anyway

Once again my account was suspended despite the fact that my payment, which was due on the 28th of February 2013 was made on the 24th of February.

Surely the fact that a client with multiple decoders who has been paying his/her account on time each month should have some recognition with Multichoice?

Perhaps a phone call, SMS or screen message before taking the drastic step of suspending the account of a loyal client?

The reason given by the call centre? They can see that I have paid but the payment was not taken up by the system.

Is this perhaps Multichoice's way to force customers into signing debit orders?
