DSTV suspended every day!!!

My DSTV account is due on the 28th of every month.

I forgot to pay my account on the 28th of January and the account was suspended.

I did a payment as requested by sms, which included a reconnection fee.
The amount paid was the total on the sms.

On the 1st of February, I received another sms stating that the account was suspended again.
I called the call centre to find out why, since the full payment had been done.
The call took 30 minutes, but the agent reconnected the service.

Then on the 2nd of Feb, the same thing happened - account suspended!
I spent another 20 minutes explaining the whole situation, and my service is
active again.

I haven't received a statement from DSTV for a few months now.

And they seem to suspend my service whenever they feel like.

Every time a reconnection fee is charged.

Do they know what's going on, in their own system?

Do they expect me to call their call centre on a daily basis?
30 minutes a day?

PLEASE get your act together!
My account has been paid!

You cannot keep suspending this service (lack of service) whenever you feel like.
