My Account was suspended without me being notified, i only realized recently that my account was suspended when i wanted to use the internet. I did not receive the statement of the account nor was i informed that my account was in arrears. All along i thought that my account was up to date because i have been paying on a monthly basis unaware that i am using the incorrect ref number. Had i received the statement i would have realised that there was something wrong with my account. I went to MTN greenstone to query about this, and was informed to get the proof of payment and email it back to them. But the the email address that they gave me bounces back. I tried to contact MTN head office but all their customer care number don't seem to get through. I would like to resolve this matter ASAP as i am also using this number for work purposes. Could you please assist me i have all the proof of paymentS all i need is for the money to be allocated to the correct account please.
