Account Still suspended

There was a billing error on my " 078 " account round about the 16th of August, i contacted the call centre & they acknowledged the error. On the 27th August my second account was suspended, I called the call center, got the necessary details, my installment for the second account is R 386, 00 per month, there being a credit of R 200, 00 from my " 078 " account the lady did say that all I needed to pay was the difference, which in my understanding was R 186, 00. Having made the payment, I emailed the proof of payment through to the agent. I called in a day later, was advised that the account was still suspended because I didn't attach my proof of payment to the email and the agent had called me and told me that there was no attachment, I found this very surprising because my line was suspended and I never got an email reply from her. That being done this second agent created a case and I had to wait 72 hours. So I waited, I called again a day later, this time I was advised by & agent that the credit had not been moved and that's why my account was still suspend I have wel over 4 cases created, non have been closed. Saddest part I work for Telkom and stil I have no joy.1 week no phone
