Lately I'm getting an error: "e19-4 error service is currently scrambled. Your subscription to this channel has expired. Contact your provider to reconnect"

I have to keep on phoning the call center to reset the device, all dstv can do is reset from their side, but still nothing.

Needless to say this is driving me crazy as I use this device almost all day everyday.
This is pathetic service as the call center told me to cancel my service if I don't like it. Really, you guys put a product on the market that does not work. And if the client complain you just say stuff this client let him cancel his account.

This is really driving me crazy as Im paying for a service I cannot use and in a few days its billing time again! This is not exceptable!!!

I have spend more costs on phone calls than my monthly account.
