Dstv still not working

Past 2 weeks or so our dstv has not been working. An error code E30 message comes up. Phone multi choice and they asked to bring decoder in. I've driven over 60km twice to take decoder and it's still not working. We have got dstv installation people twice to come in and dstv works for a day and then it doesn't work. I've smsed 32472 number three times and they say they will reset decoder. Each time it has never been reset. Multichoice You are wasting my time money and petrol costs to sort out a problem that is STILL not resolved. I'm paying for a service I'm not getting
