SuperSport 8 no EPG

Supersport 8 Launched recently on DSTV,

The problem is that there is no EPG, and limited i-plate functionality on this channel, on the SDPVR. I've raised the problem on the DSTV Forum and @DStvCare yet no one comments or fixes the problem
