DSTV Mobile Paid but Scrambled!

I am fed up with my DSTV mobile account being scrambled. I am a debit order customer, yet have to reset the decoder often just to receive service. Tonight, I reset it twice and there was still no service. And the "self-service" web service closes at 9 on a Sunday? How is that 21St Century support? I can't believe that this lack of excellence is true of such a great organisation.
