Issues with DSTV mobile service

I have dstv mobile on my Nokia N8 and the service used to work fine when i had it on monthly subscription and was paying for it but ever since we moved to the dstv premium package and i have the dstv mobile service for free i am having regular issues with the service. 3 weeks ago i had an issue when trying to use the service and i contacted multichoice the consultant told me to reset my settings and it would resolve the issue within 30mins but it did not instead i was without my dstv mobile service for 5 days and now i have the same issue that says tv temporarily unavailable and i am tired of phoning multichoice because you spend alot of airtime phoning them and they do not reimburse you at all. I feel it is unfair towards clients and disgusting that you keep having issues when a service should be free but when you pay the same service works fine.
