Multichoice
Supervisor bad attitude

Recreation & Entertainment

On 20/07/2013 i went to multichoice umhlanga to purchase hd pvr And walker combo was told i could not purchase one because i have outstanding amount on my tv licence of R17.50.
i call the tv licence account department and was that my account was up to date and was also told that multichoice was to phone and confirm. I then went back to multichoice and tried to explain the situation to the supervisor but had no joy. she Refused to listen and told me to make payment at a post office and come back with proof of payment. Even though my account was up to date i still made payment at a post office and came back to Multichoice with proof that the amount of R17.50 was paid and still was told i own R17.50 and i can not purchase hd pvr combo. I requested to talk to the supervisor but the supervisor refused to talk with me and she sent a message with the consultant to tell me i need to come back after 24hours.
I then went to pick and pay hyper store where i did purchase the combo with no Problem the same day.
