No premium channels after sms

After receiving an sms from dstv/multichoice that subscribers of other packages will receive a weekend of frEe premium channel viewing. I decided YES I will stay home and vegetate in front of TV this weekend as - really like the true movie channel. But alas I stayed indoors and was left with my normal viewing channels! Why send out messages and not hold true to your word. I was deeply disappointed.
