DSTV by far the worst service provider!

Can a manager from multichoice urgently contact me!!! i have made several attempts contacting multichoice to assist in resolving my account query. This issue as been going on since Oct last year. Up until Jan the multichoice agents have yet not been able to pick up the online payments. every agent i chatted to promised that a supervisor will contact me, still no contact from management. on my last call to DSTV as my account was suspend yet again due to them not being able to pick up payment, i requested to speak to a manager and the agent advised me that Multichoice does not have senior staff or managers at the call centre??? i have scanned proof of payment 3 times and to date no one as taken the time to assist me? is this the level of service one should expect from DSTV Multichoice?
