Multichoice
False promises to get a sale

I went to Makro Cape Gate to buy a PVR and Walka combo. Wadeed was the DSTV Representative for Multichoice and she told us there are no combo's at the moment, only a PVR on special for R1199. I told her the I will wait untill they have another combo, because I want a Walka as well. She promised us that Multichoice and Makro will never have any combos again and so I bought the PVR. Not even 2 months later, Makro advertised a Combo with Walka and it has been running for more than 3 months. I think this was poor service from the DSTV representative and that she just wanted the sale for the day and did worry about the customers needs.
