System off line - bad customer service

As I am out of the country on a sebatical... I called in this morning as I noticed I was paying more for DSTV than I should. Only to learn I have been double charged on PVR since February 2013. Ntokoza of accounts was to email me back today, I am still waiting. I phone in again... wait 50 minutes cost me $7.42, caller no 125... USA time 12:50pm..to be told by the agent our system is down, I cannot help you, but there are other agents who are on line. I requested to be put through to another agent or a snr supervisor. the cheeky call centre lady put me on hold for another 10 minutes, I then cut the call. What disappointing service to receive!!! I have been a customer of Multichoice for however long its been in existence, never failed to make a payment only added to their profits!!! Thoroughly disgusted in my treatment
I trust I will be contacted by email and or at my current no. to resolve this issue and the call centre agent taken to task or even demoted until she learns how to be polite and DSTV to notify customers of a delay when the sytems is down and not waste our money!! only Multichoice and Telkom get richer... we the poor suffer more!!!
