Box Office Technology

At around 22:05pm Saturday night i hired a movie on Box office, since there were no nice movies playing on Dstv.
Then minutes later i received a Sms stating that my hired movie will follow shortly. I waited more than an hour without the movie coming through, so i decided to call Multichoice for assistance but unfortunately there was no response. I was highly disappointed with that kind of bad service.
Now i am told that the technical error will be fixed today, and I will be sent my movie today, which I refused since I only wanted to watch the movie on Saturday night with my family.
I am now being told I need to adhere to terms and conditions which I agreed to when I hired the movie, but I find that not fair as I only wanted to watch the movie on Saturday, now I'm being made liable for their technical errors.
Now I'm made to pay for a movie and watch it at their convenience when it suits them, hence they have made the terms and conditions to suit their bullish business practice.
Honestly! That's a bad way of rewarding your loyal customers, and those are very unfair business ethics they have adopted.
Why must customers suffer because of their malfunction technology?
