I made a payment on the 15th January 2013 for that month' subscription and got my service reconnected but i was smacked with a bill of R570 later saying that my service was reconnected and ran till february. In my understanding my service is supposed to run from the 15th Jan till 15 Feb thats a period of 30 days as it has been communicated to us when we subscribe but NO it ends on the 30th of that Month regardless of your payment. what a stupid system and how come was this never communicated to us. and wait for it i have been billed forreconnecting the service and not making the subscription for the subsequent month, how come this system doesn't switch off the service after 24 hours of reconnection if payment hasnt been done..Again i am being made to pay for service that i was not aware of that its running.

Your system has flaws and i am not impressed and i dont want to pay for this service anymoren its unfair, alternatives will do!

Lets not forget about the call centre that will take you an hour to get through to an agent just to reconnect the service and the switchboard that asks for your smart card and id but your records are always not found! i need a clean account
