Xtra view deactivated after reconnection

Good day,
My DSTV subscription was suspended and reconnected again on Friday 04/10/2013. I've tried paying at numerous pay stations like Pick 'n Pay days prior and it was offline to take DSTV payments. I've explained all this to the agent before he connected me upon calling the call centre on the same day 04/10/2013 wich was also the day I've made a payment of R350. The xtra view agent reconnected me without any mention of a reconnection fee that will need to be paid. Now today I realized that the 3rd TV is showing an E76 error, I called the call centre and was told by xtra view agent Sipho that my xtra view is not active and a fee needs to be paid and the call gets cut without him calling me back. This totally unacceptable as my subscription should not have been reconnected in the first place if I were to be made aware of a reconnection fee that needs to be paid. Please sort this out asap.
