Payment made, NO RECONNECTION

My parents, who are pensioners, paid their DSTV subscription on Monday 1 July 2013 (the day they received their pension). This morning (Wednesday 3 July 2013) it has still not been reconnected. This is the one of the few little pleasures that they still have and you felt the need to prolong their disconnection. Upon checking your website I find a place where it says that upon payment, the reconnection will take place within 15min or when payment reflects. Does it take 2 days (as opposed to 15min) especially when payment was made at ABSA directly into your account? Then, to make matters even worse, then end up using their entire month's airtime allowance trying to reach your call centre only to be placed on hold. To this moment they still have not spoken to anyone and can't try again because they've exhausted their airtime FOR THE MONTH! Is MultiChoice going to reimburse them? Probably not! So what can we expect? Let's see... an apology? Probably! Anything else? Probably not. I await your swift response
