Nu Metro
Overcharge on Credit Card

Bought pop corn and sweets t this Nu Metro for R253.00 and I was charged R2530.00 on my credit card. Manager nows says she has to inform Head Office and possibly get refunded within 2 weeks. She made me send for an hour outside while she ran around doing other things.

This is unacceptable. I have been told that this has happened a few times at this movie venue. Don't bother going back here at all, attitude of staff is horrible.

All I wanted was an apology and someone to remedy as soon as possible.
