Service Reconnected in Erro

On the 22nd January 2014 7:05am, a call was placed to the call center requesting termination of all services with immediate effect due to my travelling overseas. This was promptly carried out by the call center agent and confirmation of this was received telephonically. Unfortunately, I was unable to confirm this as I was not at home at the time. The reference number for the call was 152440420. Upon my return home on 02 February 2014 late, I had found that all services were reconnected as though it were never disconnected. I had called a the call center on 03/02/2014, reference number 151356174, and lodged a complaint requesting a full refund for the days this service was reconnected in error. It was stated that the services were reconnected on 25/01/2014 using the online portal and that a payment was received on the same day into the account of Multichoice. The payment is a scheduled payment regardless of the account being inactive. The online activation of these services is impossible as historically we have only utilised the call center for this purpose. It is my opinion that it was due to the payment that the system had incorrectly reconnected the service. I request a credit.
