Hi, We have a problem with dstv. The parental code has been blocked. We need it to be unblocked. I have tried calling, sms, emails for the past 3 days. I recieved an sms last night stating the device will be reset within half hour. On the 1st I receievd an e-mail stating I would get feedback within the next day Case No: 3634372. Im still waiting.
