Pin Blocked because of wrong info provided

I phoned multichoice on 2013/10/08 14h42. Spoke to Herbon Rafeasala and asked him to assist me with my DSTV. He guided me to press menu and then information Central twice and then 'i' and 7. It then asked for a pin code and he gave me 1234. I told him it said that it is not right and he told me it is and to put it in correctly. I inserted the pin again 1234 and again it was wrong. I asked him is it my pin or their pin and he said its the piin they have. Third time wrong and now its locked. He told me to wait 5-15min to receive the new pin and Im still waiting. I phoned Multichoice again and spoke to Kayla Hughes and told her about the problem and she said that she cant fix it there and that I must take my Decoder in after the problem started with Multichoice. After spending more than a hour on my account I must take the decoder in on my expenses to be reset. I will not do that and I am expecting a quick response on this. Ref for the call was 142384215.
