DSTV self service offline and now services suspend

Good Day,

I tried sunday and last night to pay my account with DSTV via the self service, and it was unavailable and i couldnt even log in! Now my services are suspended and now i have to pay R50 reconnection fees due to your farcking idiotic self service site not working! Please may an agent call me asap as im really upset with this! I will not pay the R50 reconnection as the problem was on your side, not mine!
