MY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

On the 3rd of July, I had to replace my HD PVR, it actually went up in smoke. We went to the Randburg branch and got it replaced, but we were told, we had to bring our Extra View Decoder as well, so the next day we went again. When we got home the Extra View Decoder worked with the HD PVR, instead of separately, if you changed channel on the one, the channel changed on the other as well. We could not record it gave a E101-29 Error message, we had no tv on demand titles and 1 Box Office title. Then our Walka 7 got an E16 error message on. We send sms's, more than 10 in total the error codes was promised to be cleared, but it never happened, we send e-mails, nothing, I spend more than an hour and a half on my cell phone to the land line, because the 083 number given on the pamphlet doesn't work! Tonight my husband spend more than two hours on his cell phone. And because each department handles a different query you start being no. 149, after one query sorted, you start again being no. 98 and so it goes on. Where are we now. Our HD PVR is so snowy you can hardly see the picture, we have now 3 Box office movies available, WOW! Our Holiday ruined, can't say Multichoice cares.
