So this month I decided to downgrade my subscriptions from premium to compact. I called the call centre on 011 289 2222 on the 7th of September, the gentle man I spoke to assisted to me to downgrade, so immediately I paid the requested amount for the compact subs. The following morning I realized I didn't have all the channels as advertised on the DSTV website, so I called again to find out what happening. I had to explain what happened in my last conversation with one of the consultants so I could be connected (all calls are recorded my foot) so she finally i got connected. with that said and done she told me that i had to pay another reconnection fee coz she re-connected me,! Seriouslee after paying and now reconnection fee again!!! so i told them i will file a complaint she agreed and told me that i will only pay it next month. Anyway third day i still dont have all the channels for compact: 118, 129, 145, 146, 163, 164, 182, 189, 209, 229, 261, 302, 304, 309, 321, 340, 343, ALL THESE CHANNELS ARE NOT AVAILABLE YET I PAID!!! Its ken waste to call again. DSTV HAS SERVICE!!!
