Incompetent Call Centre Agents!

I called the customer service line to get assistance yesterday around 12h00 in the afternoon, and spoke to Andile, I explained to him that I have a problem with my decoder and that I need to bring it in for testing, I enquired on what time they close and he advised that they are open from 7 to 11 and I again asked if I can bring my decoder in this evening after 7 and he confirmed that I can. I finished work at 7h30 and drove all the way to Multichoice only to be advised by the guards that the customer service department has closed and that nobody will be able to help me. He also said that the agents always do this...
I called the call centre and spoke to Nandipha, I requested to speak to a supervisor and she kep asking me for my id number even though I told her that I will give it to the supervisor, she was absolutely rude and cut me off, I had no option but to drive back home.
I am absolutely appaled by the service, I am paying for service and Multichoice and I am paying for the calls which I make to Multichoice, the audacity to cut me off even after your organisation was at fault is shocking!!!
Nandipha needs to understand that it is consumers like us who pay her salary!
