I went to the Northgate Cinema with my kids & have never encountered such pathetic service and dirty theatres before. Employees seem very grumpy but upon arrival to our seats, we noticed they were filthy. As we had 3 kids with us, we had to clean seats before they sat and this caused mayhem resulting in spilled cola, popcorn. A nightmare to say the least. I also looked for a cushion for my son to sit on and was unable to find one. Needless to say, it was a disaster. I understand that it is the holiday season however I do believe that Ster Kinekor should consider these factors and ensure the necessary is done to make this experience a better one.
