On Saturday during tennis final our dstv was cut off by dstv. A call to their help line used R70 airtime in one call. I was told I had instructed Martha to have our decoder sim card stopped. I said we dont know a Martha. The agent was adament it was our fault. I demanded to speak to a supervisor. I held on so long my airtime was used up even though i told the agent twice. I called back on another phone and got to speak to a supervisor. I was told that we had stopped our sim card in Louis Trichard Limpopo yet we live in Gordon's Bay CT. After much explaining the supervisor clicked why would we stop card in limpopo. She would call back. When she did i was told by her to reactivate the sim card would take 24-48hrs thus we will miss tennis finals or i could drive to N1 City DSTV and collect a new sim card. There and back to my home 126klm, s at DSTV a new sim was fitted & we were told all is ok. On reaching home the dstv did not work & we had to phone again to marry the sim card Will DSTV refund our additional costs or credit our account as this was their fault totaly or is it once again take it or leave it
