Disguasting when you bill customers services not

On the 13 April 2013, i was going away for the weeken, I have the DSTV at home with extraview, I opted to convert the Xtraview into a seperate service whereby I could get charged a daily rate as well as my parents at home would still have DSTV at home. From the moment I left home this became grief, firstly the decoder at home stopped working I called through and nothing working, I then went home to try and sort the matter out, which it started working again, however when I left home the DSTV stopped working again. My parents were now at home with no TV, I then got to my time share premises and the other decoder didnt work, I call your call centre and whilst the agent was on the line it picked up 1 Channel, when I cut the call it stopped wotking again giving an E error message, I call DSTV and the agent and supervisor on the line tells me I should have called back agai and complained, I had R80 airtime wehn I started calling DSTV Call centre and at the end of this I had no airtime, who is compensating me to keep calling your call centre and hold and get transferred from dept to dept. This is really not about the money, its about principal, I dont mind paying but
