NO HELP FROM DSTV

We all know that we pay a lot of money for DSTV, yes it is our prerogative, but does that mean DSTV must still take advantage of the us the consumer when we have to use our airtime to call the call centres, only to be put through to so many different people, either being cut off in the process or just no help after an exhausting hour of holding and being told to swop freaking wires again and again! Its absolutely shocking, what happened to consumer rights, DSTV should be held responsible for some actions, especially when its not a clients fault but a transmission or signal fault! Why doesn't DSTV have a call centre facility where they can call the client back, seeing as we pay so much for a monthly subscription??? DISGUSTED
