Cant fix my subcription

I payed my dstv on the 5/12/2013 when i got home i just could watch 12 channels, i did not have airtime to call dstv . on the 6/12/2013, 18:05 we called and got though we talked to a guy that sounded like he could not help when he pressed a batten the dstv was not working so we ask can he please call us back, he is the one that is struggling to get the dstv working cant he just call us back we used up a R30.00 airtime and still our dstv is not working . now i need to get in my car an spend another R50.00 just to talk to an call centre, why do they need to change my subscription i have paid there is no need to change, and when i called they said there is R13.00 out standing but every month i payR700.00 how can that be Dstv is an
