I pay my moms montly decoder fee of R300. In Feb she took her decoder to the branch in Durban. They repaired it and charged her R433 which she paid in cash (receipt number 37813889).
The decorder kept working on and off and in May she was able to get someone to take her back. She has no transport and is a pensioner.
They then gave her a smaller decoder and was told that there is no cost, as she was not even given any form of invoice.
On Tues morning 4 June, an amount of R757 was taken off my account. I phoned Multichoice CT (due to phone costs) spoke to Constance and a supervisor called Mokosoko Bekani, who changed the account to be in my name entirely.
I phoned today to speak to him, only to be told that he does not exist. Nqoeile, could not help and informed that we should go to the branch in Dbn to resolve as they cannot pick up any report on repairs and cannot refund the double charge. There is no one senior to speak to and they dont want to supply the national managers name. I was eventually told that Itumeleng Matibe would phone, but I know I will not get a call.
Plse HELP as my mom cannot do this. Isnt this a national co with one computer system?
