On the 25 / 26 July 2013 i send my pvr decoder for repairs via the George DSTV office to the Randburg office of Multichoice. i receive a sms on the 2 August 2013 confirming for collection of repaired pvr decoder, then i go to collect the decoder. The staff at the george that set up everything at the branch and proof to me the decoder are working. I then pay the money for repairs and leave the branch with the decoder to connect at my house. the decoder was now linked with all cables and smart card inserted, it starts scanning and every time the scan is completed the decoder restarts scanning. then i remove the smartcard and decoder finish all scan displaying on my tv's screen channel 100 after i reinserted the card the device restarts scanning and never stops. i even phoned the dstv call centre but they were hopeless... on the 3 August 2013 i went back to george branch and indicate to the staff working that i had no success with this repaired device at my house and explained as per above the steps i under took. i had to leave the bracnh of george again due to the national office in Randburg are closed on Saturday, then on follow up today there was no on office . 48hrs!!!
