DECODER MISSING / BILLED FOR REPAIRS/CONNECTS

In April 2013 handed decoder into Middleburg branch of Multichoice as not working again. Asked for decoder to be delivered to Witbank branch 7 days turnaround for repairs. Waited but no SMS to go collect. Call Witbank branch informed decoder missing but will call back. 4 days later i call back discover the been given to another customer cant see who only signed, no telephone number, no address so decoder totally gone. Send email to owner got response;. Phylicia from Wtb branch called they replace will arrive next week. Two weeks gone get call sorry courriers didnt bring will follow up get back to me. Still waiting now in June 2013. Meantime got dual decoder deactivated activate single view. During May a pal gave me their dual decoder so called Wtb branch to deactivate single activate dual decoder. No problem send me SMS activated. Get home nothing happening worse cant see many stations cant call them closes 3.30pm Call dstv centre find out a total mess cancelled all, activate dual decoder. Now charging me for repairs no deocder yet, and other activations etc. Deducted wopping amount. Incompetance I say. Want money back asap.
