I took my dualview decoder for repairs in menlyn, and received excellent service. I was warned that the costs would be added to my debitorder. So the 1st month that it was an increased amount I accepted that it's the repairs. I noticed that the amount stays the increased amount and phoned the call centre to get a breakdown of the amount. I was told that there's 3 packages on my account. I explained that I only have 2 decoders? I gave the smartcard numbers and the 3rd one was de-activated. I'm told that I can't be refunded as it must have been me that loaded the 3rd decoder on the account and that Multichoice accepts no responsibility. Calls are recorded and system updated with calls received? Why can't it be tracked? I know for sure I didn't load a decoder and smartcard number I don't have? The agent just insists that it can't be a mistake from Multichoice's side and that it's for my account? Can I get some assistance please?
