Very bad service from the accounts department

On the 30th of April I paid DSTV electronically, forgetting that we loaded a Debit order on our account. I immediatly phoned them and ask them to reverse the payment. The lady told me that she will stop the debit order as it is only loaded for the 2nd May. I thanked her and believe that the problem is solved. On the 2nd the debit order went off my account, I again immediatly phoned them and asked them what is happening and that the lady told me that it will not go off. But that there is nothing that they can do, to reverse the payment it will take 8 working days. Expecting my money to show back into my account. Well this morning, 10/05/2013 I phoned again just to confirm and got the SHOCK of my life as nothing has been loaded to be paid back to me. The man went to his manager, but was told that I have to wait 8 working days. This is shocking service on DSTV's behalf as I am now going to wait another 8 days - SO 16 DAYS FOR MY MONEY TO BE IN MY ACCOUNT. Is this really the way your treat your customers??? DISGUSTING!!!
