On the 26 Jun 2013, i called DSTV to cancel my sub and to refund me for a debit order that went off my account for the July Sub. i was made aware that a refund will take 7 working days. on the 05 July i called as i still have not received my refund, to be told that they initial refund was not loaded correctly and i will need to wait another 7-14 working days.i then spoke to the client liason officer, Ithumleng with REF 135286708.
she told me that she will personally make sure that the refund gets done asap, i was told that the money will be released some time on Monday 08 Jul, me being FNB and them Absa, it should take about 24 hours to reflect in my account. i called today to find out why the money is still not reflecting and was told that they will take a further 7 working days.
Now i do not know why this is taking so long, as the money is reflecting on the dstv account, and everytime i speak to someone they cannot help.
I need this refund done asap, as the debit order went through without hassle, but now to get my money back has become a mission impossible.
Please help me.
