Shoddy Service!

Firstly: It seems to be impossible to get DSTV/Multichoice to just contact you to update your address. The self-service link on the sites don't help, emailing them don't help, why not??!! I unfortunately do not have the time (or airtime!) to spend talking to consultants.

Secondly, what is with the repeats of programmes for years on end? Don't they even take note of what they use to fill up empty space? As example: Paranormal Cops. This very interesting programme apparently only has 5 programmes ever made yet they repeat it every single month. Where are all the NEW paranormal stuff guys? You bore us with your endless repeats and we keep on paying for it like a bunch of sheep. Where are the rest of the new stuff? i.e a new musical like Mama Mia maybe? Just endless continuous repeats...

Please, train your staff to be a bit more aware of us customers, we are the ones putting bread on their table you know!
