I activated my DSTV account on the 2nd of May and was informed that I have a pro-rata amount. I paid the pro-rata amount on the 10th of May as I knew I wont be able to afford to pay it with the June instalment. And what did DSTV Do... they deducted the full instalment and the Pro-rata amount from my account on the 20th. I phoned on the 20th to complain and had to send proof of payment to [Email Removed] I phoned again on the 23rd and they said the refund will take 7 days. I phoned again on the 27th and they confirmed that the money will definitely reflect in my account on the 31st. Today is the 31st and no payment. So I phoned ONCE AGAIN. And the lady who answered said accounts was suppose to phone me to confirm, she cant give me dates, she cant transfer me or give me a number to phone... in other words she just cant do anything. I requested to speak to a manager and she asked WHY??? Shocking. I want my refund in my account today!!! Or I will go to th bank and reverse the debit order.
