Riversquare Cinema Has Great Staff

I was at Riversquare Cinema on Friday the 10th of May 2013. I was in the line waiting to buy tickets when a young manager by the name of Clifford was going around asking if everyone was paying with cash. He then asked me in a freindly and polite manner and I answered by saying I was paying with a card. He then asked if I could follow him to the self help terminals where he could assist me to avoid the queue. He also then made sure that I use the machine to ensure I familiarize myself with it - and boy am I glad he did! Within a few seconds I was done and he then directed me to catering, which I now had extra time to spend on goods at the catering department. The staff at the catering department were so friendly to my surprise! This was the first time in a year or two I had been to the movies and this expereince at Riversquare has literally made me want to go more often! I am glad Ster-Kinekor hires people of all ages who can handle a responibilty like this. Well done to Clifford and his team!
