You will notice this is the second time I am writing a negative report for DSTV! I have never in my life had such a shockingly series of errors from one company. I put a debit order on my account, was told i cant because the account is in my fiance's name so I paid cash but DSTV took a debit order anyway, so I asked for a credit, the journal took weeks and eventually after my last hello peter a cheque was paid into my account (cheques take 10 working days to clear, you imbeciles obviously don't know this) then the R550 that was paid by cheque wasn't reversed from my account so my last debit order was only R145 so I paid R550 cash in AGAIN on the 23rd of May, the debit order that went off on the 28th of May was for R1242.72 (DOUBLE!!!) now I again have to wait "7-10 working days" and I have to wait for a different department to phone me to cancel my debit order because you clearly don't know how to work with accounts. you can not just debit me whatever the amount you pull out of your!!! if that money isn't paid in CASH into my account TODAY I will be launching a complaints attack on DSTV like you have NEVER SEEN BEFORE!!! SO ANGRY I'M SHAKING!!!
