Waiting 22 Days to be refunded!!!

I forgot that we have set up a debit order, so on 30/04/2013 I paid dstv. I immediatly phoned them and asked them to stop the debit order, was told it will be stopped. 02/05/2013 the debit order went through, again I immediatly phoned and asked them to reverse my money, was told they will reverse it. 10/05/2013 I phoned again and asked them about my money and nothing has been done - no record. So I've complained on "hello peter" - Dinah phoned me and told me that she will sort out. 13/05/2013 a cheque was deposited into my account but not cleared, like I asked them to do. 20/05/2013 I phoned and told them that I am sick and tired of waiting FOR MY MONEY. Today 22/05/2013 I phoned AGAIN and was told that I need to wait and that the MONEY SHOULD BE CLEARED SOMETIME THIS WEEK... WHAT??? Are you serious - I AM WAITING FOR MY MONEY 22 DAYS. IT IS MY MONEY!!! Is this seriously the way you treat your customers. It is so easy for you to cut off dstv if you aren't paid immediatly, but I must wait for my money. Disgusting and pathetic service!!! It is shocking!!! I WILL make sure that people hear about your pathetic service...
